The ORiGiN Music Group’s record label has, in its ten years to date released a selected 70 titles including albums and singles from artists including Diana Anaid, LAZAROS DOG, Scott Tinkler, Shelley Scown, TELEK, ZEPHYR, Bob Downe, Sarah McGregor, Eva Trout, Waxhead, Ego, Perpetual Ocean, Paul Grabowsky, The Australian Art Orchestra, Fishing With Henry and Smoky Dawson.
The label has received 9 ARIA Award nominations and has won an ARIA for the debut album from PNG artist TELEK and the ABC Classic FM Jazz Album Of The Year award for Shelley Scown and The Paul Grabowsky Trio album ANGEL.
The label continues to work in tandem with the publishing company in developing and releasing original creative works.
Diana Anaid’s third album Beautiful Obscene has been licensed to and released by Five Crowns Music in the USA where the album and its single “Last Thing” were both voted onto the TOP TEN POP lists on iTUNES for 2004.
TELEK’s second album SERIOUS TAM was licensed to and released by REAL WORLD Records internationally, while many individual ORiGiN recordings have been licensed onto compilation albums and for sync licenses around the world.
